Returns & Refunds policy

Welcome to BROS. We want you to love your order, but please read our returns rules before buying.

What we accept, we will exchange the product only if it arrives torn or damaged. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We do not exchange items for wrong size chosen by the customer- please check the size chart carefully before ordering.

How to report a damaged item

1. Check your parcel immediately on delivery.

2. If the item is torn or damaged, take. clear photos of: the outer package, the product (close-up of damage), and the product tag/label.

3. Send the photos, your order number, and a short description to our support team within 7 days of delivery at:connect@broswear.store , We may ask for the original packaging for verification.

What happens next

Once we receive your claim and photos, we'll verify the issue.

If approved, we will arrange an exchange and ship the replacement. Replacement shipment will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval, if the exact item/size is not available, we'll contact you to discuss options.

Shipping for exchanges

For verified damaged items, BROS will cover the return/exchange shipping cost. If we require you to send the item back, we'll provide instructions or a return label.

Important notes

Claims made after 7 days from delivery may not be accepted.

Items must not show signs of wear, washing or misuse for a damage claim to be valid.

This policy does not cover damage. caused after delivery through normal wear and tear or improper use.
